There’s something comforting about a bowl that comes together in minutes but fills you up like a home-cooked meal. Ingredients

1 cup cooked white rice

½ cup cooked ground beef (seasoned to your liking)

½ ripe avocado, sliced

1 tbsp sweet honey BBQ sauce

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Warm up the rice and ground beef in the microwave or a skillet.

Place the rice in a bowl and top with ground beef.

Add the avocado slices on the side.
Drizzle with sweet honey BBQ sauce.

Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
