1 zucchini, chopped
1 yellow squash, sliced
1 cup mini potatoes, halved
1 pack chicken sausage, sliced into rounds
Olive oil (optional)
Your favorite seasoning blend (garlic powder, Italian herbs, paprika, salt & pepper work great)
