Indulgent and refined, this board pairs rich dark chocolate with creamy Brie, golden honeycomb, and a medley of seasonal textures. It’s the perfect balance of sweet and savory—ideal for after-dinner grazing or cozy fireside moments.

Ingredients

Scale

46 oz dark chocolate (72% or higher), broken into chunks

1 small wheel of Brie or triple crème cheese

Honeycomb or thick raw honey

Fresh figs or pears, sliced

Roasted almonds or hazelnuts

Whole grain crackers or rustic bread

Optional: dried cherries, sprigs of thyme or rosemary

Instructions

Set the Cheese: Place the Brie slightly off-center on your board and cut a wedge to invite guests in.

Break the Chocolate: Arrange chocolate in rough chunks around the Brie for a natural, rustic look.
