Bacon & Egg Grilled Cheese

This breakfast-meets-lunch mashup layers smoky bacon, fluffy eggs, and melty cheddar inside golden, buttery bread. It’s a quick, hearty, and seriously satisfying way to fuel your morning—or cure your midday cravings in one cheesy bite.

Ingredients

4 slices bacon, cooked

1 tsp oil

4 eggs, beaten

Salt and pepper, to taste

4 thin slices cheddar cheese (or 2 thick slices)

4 slices bread

2 tsp butter, softened

Instructions

Cook the Eggs: Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Pour in beaten eggs, season with salt and pepper, and cook until just set. Remove from pan.

Assemble the Sandwiches: On two slices of bread, layer cheddar cheese, scrambled eggs, and bacon. Top with the remaining bread slices.

Butter & Grill: Spread softened butter on the outsides of the bread. Grill sandwiches in a skillet over medium heat for 3–4 minutes per side, until golden and cheese is melted.

Serve Hot: Slice and enjoy while the cheese is still perfectly gooey.
