4 slices bacon, cooked
1 tsp oil
4 eggs, beaten
Salt and pepper, to taste
4 thin slices cheddar cheese (or 2 thick slices)
4 slices bread
2 tsp butter, softened
Cook the Eggs: Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Pour in beaten eggs, season with salt and pepper, and cook until just set. Remove from pan.
