8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup chopped pickled jalapeños (or fresh, for more heat)
4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
½ tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper, to taste
Optional topping: ¼ cup panko breadcrumbs + 1 tbsp melted butter
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar, jalapeños, bacon, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Spread mixture into a small baking dish.
