12 jalapeño peppers, halved lengthwise and de-seeded

12 slices bacon

Instructions

Preheat Oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment.

Mix Filling: In a bowl, combine cream cheese and shredded cheddar.

Fill Jalapeños: Spoon cheese mixture into each jalapeño half.
