Magical Baked Pumpkin Pudding

A cozy baked pumpkin pudding that captures the essence of fall with its creamy texture and warm spices.

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine 1 cup of canned pumpkin, 1 cup of heavy cream, and 1/2 cup of brown sugar in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add 2 large eggs and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, whisking until smooth.
  4. Spice it up by adding 1 teaspoon of pumpkin spice and 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for about 40-45 minutes until the edges are set and the center jiggles slightly.
  7. Cool for at least 10-15 minutes before serving.

Notes
