2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
½ cup barbecue sauce (plus more for drizzling, if desired)
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
45 mini phyllo shells (about 3 boxes)
Fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
