  • 1 lb Beef (sliced thinly)
  • 2 cups Broccoli Florets
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • Green Onions for Garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the Noodles: Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil and cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. Prep Your Beef: Thinly slice the beef against the grain and toss it with a tablespoon of soy sauce and a pinch of cornstarch.
  3. Get That Broccoli Ready: Cut the broccoli into bite-sized florets and blanch in boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Transfer to an ice bath.
  4. Heat That Wok: Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Stir in minced garlic and ginger for about 30 seconds.
  5. Cook the Beef: Add the marinated beef to the pan and sear for about a minute before stir-frying until cooked through.
  6. Combine It All: Add the blanched broccoli and cooked noodles to the pan, tossing together.
  7. Sauce It Up: Drizzle in the remaining soy sauce and oyster sauce, stirring until well-coated.
  8. Final Touches: Drizzle in sesame oil and give everything a final toss, adjusting seasoning if needed.
  9. Plate It Up: Serve in shallow bowls, garnished with chopped green onions.
