½ cup cooked jasmine rice
4 oz lean ground beef
Taco seasoning (like Siete Foods or homemade)
1 cup chopped romaine
2 tablespoons pico de gallo
2 tablespoons homemade guacamole
1–2 tablespoons cilantro lime dressing
Cook the ground beef in a skillet with taco seasoning until fully browned.
