  • 8 oz Fresh Lo Mein Noodles
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup Carrots, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Snap Peas or Snow Peas
  • 3 Green Onions, sliced
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tsp Brown Sugar or Honey
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable or Canola Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Fresh Ginger, minced

Instructions

  1. Prep Your Ingredients: Gather and chop all fresh ingredients before cooking.
  2. Cook the Noodles: Boil the fresh lo mein noodles for about 3-4 minutes, drain, and rinse.
  3. Sauté the Beef: In a heated pan, stir-fry sliced beef sirloin for 2-3 minutes until browned.
  4. Stir-Fry the Veggies: Add garlic and ginger, then bell peppers, carrots, and snap peas, cooking until tender.
  5. Combine All Ingredients: Mix in the cooked noodles, beef, soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, and sesame oil.
  6. Garnish and Serve: Toss with sliced green onions and serve hot.
