Beef Stir Fry

A quick and easy Beef Stir Fry packed with flavor and vibrant vegetables that brings everyone together.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef (sliced thin)
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon ginger (grated)
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice for serving

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Slice beef and marinate with 1 tablespoon soy sauce and pepper for 10-15 minutes. Chop veggies.
  2. Heat the wok: Preheat wok over high heat for about 5 minutes.
  3. Cook the beef: Add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil and beef in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes until browned. Set aside.
  4. Sauté the aromatics: In the same pan, add another tablespoon of oil and sauté garlic and ginger for 30 seconds.
  5. Add the veggies: Toss in mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender.
  6. Bring it all together: Return beef to the pan, add remaining soy and oyster sauce. Stir together and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  7. Serve it up: Plate the stir fry over cooked rice, garnishing as desired.

Notes

Feel free to customize with different veggies or proteins. Adding nuts can provide a nice crunch!
