Instructions

  1. Prep the Broccoli: Rinse fresh broccoli under cold water and pat dry; chop into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Dice the Apple: Dice apple into small pieces and keep the skin on for added nutrients.
  3. Combine the Add-Ins: In a bowl, mix broccoli, diced apple, cranberries, and red onion.
