Blue Raspberry Lemonade

A vibrant, tangy, and sweet summer drink that captures the essence of summer in every sip.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Fresh Lemon Juice (from about 68 lemons)
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 5 Cups Water (divided)
  • ½ Cup Blue Raspberry Syrup
  • Blue Food Coloring (optional)
  • Fresh Raspberries (for garnish)
  • Lemon Slices (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Juice those lemons! Cut the lemons in half and juice them until you have 1 cup of fresh lemon juice.
  2. Create your simple syrup by combining 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water in a small saucepan over medium heat and stirring until dissolved.
  3. Mix it all together in a large pitcher with the lemon juice, blue raspberry syrup, and remaining water. Adjust sweetness with simple syrup.
  4. Add blue food coloring if desired for a more vibrant hue.
  5. Chill the lemonade for at least an hour, then serve over ice, garnished with raspberries and lemon slices.

Notes

Let the lemonade chill in the fridge for enhanced flavor. Adjust sweetness if needed.
