These Blueberry Cream Cheese Danish Bites are buttery, golden, and filled with a rich, tangy-sweet center. Using puff pastry or crescent dough, they’re quick to prep and absolutely perfect for brunch, dessert trays, or anytime you want a little indulgence with minimal effort.
1 sheet puff pastry or crescent roll dough, thawed
4 oz cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp sugar
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ cup blueberry preserves or pie filling
1 egg (for egg wash)
Optional: powdered sugar for dusting or glaze for drizzling
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut dough into 2-inch squares and place on the prepared sheet.
Make filling: Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Add fillings: Spoon a small dollop of cream cheese mixture onto each square, followed by a little blueberry filling.
Brush edges with egg wash.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden and puffed.
Cool slightly and dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with glaze.
