6 large eggs
½ cup milk (or use almond milk for dairy-free)
1 cup cooked broccoli, finely chopped
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (or mozzarella)
¼ tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
Optional: 2 tbsp chopped green onions or herbs
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin or line with silicone cups.
In a bowl, whisk eggs and milk until well combined.
Stir in broccoli, cheese, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and optional green onions.
Pour mixture evenly into muffin cups (fill about ¾ full).
