Candy Cane Milkshake

A festive and creamy milkshake combining vanilla ice cream with the refreshing flavor of peppermint and crushed candy canes.

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • Crushed candy canes
  • Whipped cream
  • Whole candy canes for garnish

Instructions

  1. Blend the vanilla ice cream and milk in a blender, starting with 1/4 cup of milk and adding more until desired thickness.
  2. Add the peppermint extract and blend for a few seconds until well combined.
  3. Stir in the crushed candy canes by pulsing the blender for a few seconds.
  4. Taste test and adjust sweetness if necessary with more candy canes or whipped cream.
  5. Pour the milkshake into tall glasses, leaving room for whipped cream.
  6. Top with a generous dollop of whipped cream and sprinkle with more crushed candy canes. Garnish with a whole candy cane.
