For the Biscuits:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tbsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
½ cup cold butter, cubed
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 tbsp chopped fresh chives
¾ cup buttermilk
For Assembly:
12 slices thin-sliced ham
¼ cup softened butter
2 tbsp honey
