1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, diced
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tbsp yellow mustard
1/2 cup chopped dill pickles
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
Salt and pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
Stir in ketchup, mustard, and chopped pickles.
Spread mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle with 1 cup cheese, then layer tater tots evenly on top.
Bake for 30–35 minutes or until tots are crisp.
