1 lb Ground Beef
1 Packet Taco Seasoning
1 Small Onion, finely chopped
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
1 cup Shredded Mexican Cheese Blend (or a mix of Oaxaca and Cheddar)
8 Flour Tortillas
Fresh Cilantro, for garnish (optional)
Lime Wedges, for serving
