1 lb cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped

½ cup light ranch dressing

1 cup reduced-fat shredded cheddar

Salt, pepper, paprika to taste

Instructions

Toss potato wedges with salt, pepper, and paprika. Air fry at 400°F for 15–18 minutes until golden and crispy.

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a baking dish, layer air-fried potatoes, then chicken, drizzle with light ranch, and top with shredded cheddar.
