• 1 lb smoked sausage (halal-certified), sliced
• 4 cups baby potatoes, halved or quartered
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 packet halal-certified ranch seasoning mix
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp onion powder
• ½ tsp black pepper
• 1½ cups shredded cheddar (or mixed cheese blend)
• ½ cup sour cream (optional, for serving)
• Fresh parsley, chopped (optional garnish)
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, toss the potatoes and sausage with olive oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until evenly coated.
Spread the mixture on a baking sheet or casserole dish in an even layer.
