2 lbs smoked sausage, sliced

2 bags (64 oz total) frozen diced potatoes

2 small onions, diced

2 cans (10 oz each) cream of celery soup

2 cups sour cream

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (plus extra for topping, if you’re feeling generous)

1 cup milk

Optional twist: Add ½ tsp garlic powder + ½ tsp smoked paprika for a flavor boost

Instructions

Layer the Goodness: Add sausage, potatoes, onion, and cheese to a greased slow cooker.

Mix the Sauce: In a bowl, combine cream of celery soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Stir well.
