1 cooked chicken breast (shredded or sliced)
1 ripe avocado, mashed or sliced
2 slices of bread (sourdough, multigrain, or your favorite)
2 slices of cheese (Swiss, provolone, or mozzarella)
1 tablespoon mayonnaise or butter
Salt, pepper, and a pinch of chili flakes (optional)
Optional: tomato slices, red onion, or spinach for extra layers
