1 (12.5 oz) can chicken, drained and shredded
2 cups thawed broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
2 cups cooked rice (white or brown)
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups crushed corn flakes
4 tablespoons melted butter
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix chicken, broccoli, rice, soup, sour cream, and 1 ½ cups cheese.
Spread mixture evenly into the prepared dish.
In a small bowl, mix crushed corn flakes with melted butter.
