A quick and easy twist on the classic Caesar salad, these Chicken Caesar Wraps are packed with flavor and can be made in just 20 minutes.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
  • 4 large flour tortillas (burrito size, 1012 inch)
  • 3 cups romaine lettuce (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup creamy Caesar dressing (plus more if desired)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (freshly shredded or shaved)
  • 1/3 cup croutons (coarsely crushed)
  • Freshly ground black pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Prep the chicken: If you’re using rotisserie chicken, simply pull off the skin and shred the meat with your hands or chop it into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Prepare the tortillas: Lay out your flour tortillas on a clean surface or plate.
  3. Layer the veggies: Start by placing 3/4 cup of chopped romaine lettuce in the center of each tortilla.
  4. Add the chicken: Next, heap 3/4 cup of your shredded or diced chicken on top of the lettuce.
  5. Dress it up: Drizzle about 2 tablespoons of creamy Caesar dressing over the chicken and lettuce.
  6. Sprinkle the cheese: Add a generous handful of freshly grated Parmesan cheese on top.
  7. Crush those croutons: Coarsely crush your croutons and sprinkle them all over the wrap.
  8. Season it right: Finish it off by adding freshly ground black pepper to taste.
  9. Wrap it up: To wrap, fold in the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then rolling from the bottom up tightly.
  10. Slice and serve: With a sharp knife, cut the wrap in half on a diagonal for serving.
