1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 large avocado, diced
½ cup crumbled feta cheese
¼ red onion, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar or lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Salt and black pepper to taste
In a large bowl, combine chickpeas, avocado, red onion, and feta.
