Air Fryer Copycat Panera Flatbread Chipotle Chicken and Bacon Pizza

A delightful air fryer version of Panera’s flatbread pizza, featuring smoky chipotle, juicy chicken, crispy bacon, and creamy cheese.

  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 naan bread
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup smoked shredded chicken
  • 1 slice bacon, cooked and cut into pieces
  • 4 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 tablespoon chipotle aioli
  • 1 teaspoon diced fresh cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce
  2. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and mix in the grated Parmesan cheese. Stir continuously until melted.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Prepare the Naan Bread by preheating your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  7. Spread the creamy sauce evenly over each naan.
  8. Layer on the shredded mozzarella, smoked chicken, and bacon bits, followed by halved cherry tomatoes.
  9. Drizzle chipotle aioli over everything.
  10. Sprinkle fresh cilantro, salt, and pepper on top.
  11. Carefully place the pizzas in the air fryer basket and cook for about 8-10 minutes.
  12. Let the pizzas rest for a minute before slicing.

Notes

For a crispier crust, toast the naan for a couple of minutes in the air fryer before adding toppings. You can customize the toppings to fit your taste.
