Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the nut butter and maple syrup until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the plant-based protein powder gradually until well combined.
  4. Incorporate the almond flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl, then fold into the wet mixture.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chunks gently.
  6. Scoop dough onto a lined baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden and centers are soft.
  8. Cool for about 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
