Ingredients
8 cups popped popcorn (remove unpopped kernels)
3 cups Rice Chex cereal (or Corn Chex)
2 cups mini pretzels
1 ½ cups red & green M&M’s (or other festive candies)
1 ½ cups holiday sprinkles
16 oz white chocolate (chips or candy melts)
1 tbsp coconut oil (optional, for smoother melting)
Instructions
Combine base: In a large mixing bowl, stir together popcorn, Chex cereal, pretzels, and M&M’s.
Melt coating: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate with coconut oil in 30-second bursts, stirring until smooth.
Coat mix: Pour melted chocolate over the popcorn mixture. Toss gently until everything is evenly coated.
Add sprinkles: Spread mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle generously with holiday sprinkles.
Set & serve: Let cool at room temp (or refrigerate briefly) until chocolate hardens. Break into clusters and enjoy.
