These Cinnamon Biscuit Bites are warm, gooey, and coated in cinnamon sugar—like a cross between monkey bread and cinnamon rolls, but way easier! Made with canned biscuits and drizzled with a rich cream cheese glaze, they’re perfect for brunch, snacks, or dessert-on-the-fly.
For the Bites:
1 small roll canned biscuits
¼ cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1–2 tbsp melted butter
For the Glaze:
4 oz cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp butter, softened
¼ cup powdered sugar
1 tbsp milk
⅛ tsp vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cut each biscuit into quarters.
Mix cinnamon and sugar in a bowl. Dip biscuit pieces in melted butter, then roll in cinnamon sugar.
Place coated pieces in a greased baking dish or spread on a parchment-lined tray.
Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
While baking, whisk together all glaze ingredients until smooth.
Drizzle glaze over warm biscuit bites and serve immediately.
