Cinnamon-Sugar Air Fryer Banana Chips

A delightful and crunchy snack that’s easy to make in your air fryer, with a perfect blend of cinnamon and sugar for flavor.

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Slice the bananas into thin rounds, about 1/8 inch thick.
  3. Season the banana slices with cinnamon and sugar in a bowl.
  4. Prepare the air fryer basket with a light spray of cooking spray.
  5. Arrange the banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Air fry for about 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  7. Cool the banana chips for a few minutes before enjoying.

Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to a week. If they lose crunch, re-air fry for a few minutes.
