  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups crushed chocolate sandwich cookies
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Cream together the softened unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then include the pure vanilla extract.
  4. Whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
  5. Combine the dry mixture into the wet mixture gradually, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the crushed chocolate sandwich cookies and white chocolate chips.
  7. Scoop dough onto a greased baking sheet, leaving enough space between each mound.
  8. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  9. Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
