8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup sour cream
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
1 green onion, finely chopped
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 cup lump crab meat (or imitation crab, chopped)
Salt & pepper, to taste
Optional: Sriracha or sweet chili sauce for topping
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, and green onion until smooth.
Fold in crab meat and season with salt and pepper.
Spread mixture into a greased baking dish or cast iron skillet.
