Buttery Brie meets tangy cranberry sauce on crisp crostini, topped with a hint of rosemary—simple, festive, and irresistibly good. This board is a seasonal showpiece that blends savory, sweet, and herbaceous notes in every bite.

1 French baguette, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds

2 tbsp olive oil (for brushing)

68 oz Brie, sliced

1 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or whole-berry store-bought)

Fresh rosemary sprigs

Optional: honey drizzle, cracked black pepper

Instructions

Make the Crostini: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Brush baguette slices with olive oil and toast for 10–12 minutes until golden.

Assemble the Bites: While warm, top each crostini with a slice of Brie. Add a spoonful of cranberry sauce on top.

Garnish: Finish with a small rosemary sprig on each, or lightly chop and sprinkle. Add optional honey or pepper to balance flavor.
