Creamy Chocolate Caramel Toffee Crunch Cake

A rich and indulgent cake layered with chocolate, caramel, and toffee for a delightful treat perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 chocolate cake mix
  • 1 cup of chocolate chips
  • 1 cup of caramel sauce
  • 1 cup of toffee bits
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the chocolate cake mix according to the package instructions and mix well until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into two greased 9-inch round cake pans.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Warm the caramel sauce over low heat in a saucepan.
  6. In a mixing bowl, pour in the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract, and whip until soft peaks form.
  7. Let the cakes cool in the pans for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  8. Layer the first cake layer, drizzle with half of the caramel sauce, sprinkle half of the toffee bits, and add a layer of whipped cream.
  9. Place the second cake layer on top, drizzle with remaining caramel and whipped cream, and sprinkle with remaining toffee bits.
  10. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes if desired, then serve.

Notes

Garnish with extra whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel sauce for an elegant touch.
