Creamy High Protein Beef Pasta

A comforting and indulgent creamy pasta dish packed with protein and flavor, perfect for busy weeknights.

  • 8 ounces of pasta
  • 1 pound of lean ground beef
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1 cup of shredded cheese (like mozzarella or cheddar)
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil the pasta in a large pot of salted water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Reserve a cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Sauté the minced garlic in the skillet for about 30 seconds.
  4. Create the creamy base by reducing heat and adding heavy cream; simmer for 3-5 minutes.
  5. Add shredded cheese, stirring until melted; season with salt and pepper.
  6. Combine the drained pasta with the cream sauce, tossing to coat and adding reserved pasta water as needed.
  7. Serve in bowls, garnishing with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

For extra flavor, serve with garlic bread and a salad. You can also experiment with adding vegetables or different cheeses.
