Creamy High Protein Beef Pasta

A cozy and creamy beef pasta dish that combines the richness of heavy cream and lean ground beef, perfect for weeknight dinners or special occasions.

  • 8 oz pasta (your choice)
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a large pot with salt.
  2. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve some cooking water, then drain and toss with olive oil.
  3. Heat the skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
  4. Cook ground beef, breaking it up and seasoning with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder until browned (7-10 minutes).
  5. Lower the heat and add heavy cream, stirring to combine.
  6. Mix in shredded cheese and Parmesan until melted and smooth.
  7. Add cooked pasta to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
  8. Simmer for a few minutes, adding reserved pasta water for creaminess if needed.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
