Creamy High Protein Beef Pasta

A comforting and creamy high protein beef pasta that’s perfect for weeknight dinners and full of nostalgic flavors.

  • 8 oz pasta (any shape)
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 cup heavy cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or parmesan)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta by bringing a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook until al dente. Reserve a cup of pasta water.
  2. Brown the beef in a large skillet over medium heat with olive oil until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Sauté the minced garlic for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Create the sauce by pouring in the heavy cream or Greek yogurt, and stir well. Bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Melt in the shredded cheese until gooey. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
  6. Combine the drained pasta with the sauce, mixing well to coat.
  7. Serve in bowls and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
