4–5 large ripe tomatoes, cut into wedges
½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
1–2 garlic cloves, finely minced
2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Optional: 1 tbsp mayonnaise for extra creaminess
Wash and cut the tomatoes into bite-sized wedges. Place them in a large bowl.
