For the Salmon Bites:

1/2 pound salmon fillet, cut into bite-sized cubes

1 tablespoon cornstarch

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon paprika

1 small egg, beaten

1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs

For the Bang Bang Sauce:

3 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 1/2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce

1/2 tablespoon sriracha

1/2 teaspoon honey

Instructions

In a bowl, coat salmon cubes with cornstarch, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

Dip each cube into the beaten egg, then coat with panko.

Cook using your preferred method:

Air Fryer: 400°F for 8–10 minutes

Oven: 425°F for 12–15 minutes, flip halfway

Pan-Fry: Medium heat, cook until golden on all sides

While salmon cooks, whisk together all sauce ingredients.

Toss cooked bites in sauce or drizzle over top just before serving.
