Crispy & Chewy Air Fryer Edamame

Snack smarter with this ultra-addictive air fryer edamame — crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and packed with plant-based protein. Tossed in avocado oil and seasoned to your liking, it’s a healthy snack or side that’s endlessly customizable and totally crave-worthy.

2 cups frozen shelled edamame, thawed

1 tbsp avocado oil

Sea salt and black pepper, to taste

Optional: garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, red pepper flakes, za’atar, curry powder, or your favorite seasoning blend

Instructions

Preheat Air Fryer to 390°F (200°C).

Season Edamame: In a bowl, toss thawed edamame with avocado oil, salt, pepper, and any additional seasonings you like.

Air Fry: Spread edamame in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway, until edges are crisp and chewy.

Serve Hot: Enjoy warm as a snack or crunchy topping on rice bowls or salads!
