Delicious Chicken Casserole

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 2 cups cooked pasta (like rotini or penne)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (optional for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare your cooked chicken by shredding it.
  3. Mix the cream of mushroom soup and sour cream in a large bowl.
  4. Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the mixture.
  5. Stir in the shredded chicken and frozen mixed vegetables, then incorporate the cooked pasta.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  7. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
  9. Serve after allowing it to cool for a few minutes.

Notes

Can be customized with different vegetables or cheese types. Make ahead and refrigerate for a day before baking.
