Dubai Chocolate Balls with Pistachio

1 cup kunefe noodles (kataifi or shredded phyllo)

½ cup unsalted butter

1 cup finely chopped pistachios

¼ cup granulated sugar

2 tablespoons honey

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon rose water (optional, but traditional)

Instructions

Prep the Kunefe Base:
Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the kunefe noodles and stir continuously until golden and crisp.

Make the Filling:
In a bowl, combine the crispy noodles with chopped pistachios, sugar, honey, vanilla, rose water (if using), and salt. Mix until sticky and cohesive.
