You Will Need

4 cups (960 ml) pink lemonade, chilled

2 cups (480 ml) pineapple juice, chilled

2 cups (300 g) vanilla ice cream

Instructions

In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine the pink lemonade and pineapple juice. Stir well.

Just before serving, add scoops of vanilla ice cream to the top of the punch. Let it float for a creamy, bubbly effect.

Pour into cups or jars. Top with more ice cream if desired, and finish with pastel sprinkles.
