12-pack Hawaiian rolls (or any soft slider buns)
6 eggs, scrambled
6 slices cooked bacon or breakfast sausage
6 slices cheddar or American cheese
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Nonstick spray or oil for greasing
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line with parchment paper.
Slice the rolls in half horizontally, keeping them connected. Place the bottom half in the dish.
Layer with scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, and cheese slices.
Add the top half of the rolls to close the sliders.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter with garlic powder and parsley. Brush over the tops of the rolls.
Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes. Uncover and bake another 5–7 minutes until golden and cheese is melted.
Slice and serve warm.
