For the Crust
2 cups graham cracker crumbs (or gluten-free substitute)

2 tbsp granulated sugar

24 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup sour cream
3 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp all-purpose flour (optional, for stability)
For the Topping
1 cup whipped cream

Make the crust: Mix graham crumbs, butter, and sugar. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 8 minutes. Cool.
