Easy Grilled Thai Chicken Skewers

lbs chicken breast or thighs, cut into chunks

2 tbsp soy sauce

2 tbsp fish sauce

1 tbsp brown sugar

1 tbsp lime juice

1 tbsp oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp grated ginger

½ tsp chili flakes (optional)

Fresh cilantro and lime wedges for garnish

Instructions

Mix all marinade ingredients in a bowl.

Add chicken pieces and marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours).

Thread chicken onto soaked wooden or metal skewers.

Grill over medium heat for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally until fully cooked.

Garnish with cilantro and serve with lime.
