Instructions

  1. Prep the ingredients: Shred the cabbage, grate the carrots, slice the green onions, and mince the garlic and ginger.
  2. Cook the chicken: In a large, non-stick skillet over medium heat, add the ground chicken and cook until browned and no longer pink (about 5-7 minutes).
  3. Add the aromatics: Toss in the minced garlic and ginger and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Incorporate the veggies: Stir in the shredded cabbage and grated carrots, mixing well to coat.
  5. Add the sauces: Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, cooking for another 2-3 minutes until the cabbage is tender but still crisp.
  6. Finishing touches: Fold in the sliced green onions, adjusting seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.
