Frozen Burrito Casserole

Turn frozen burritos into a cheesy, saucy, flavor-packed dinner with this super easy casserole. It’s comfort food magic with just a few pantry staples—no defrosting, no stress, all delicious!

8 frozen burritos (any variety)

1 (28 oz) can enchilada sauce

2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)

Sour cream (for serving)

Optional toppings: avocado, chopped tomatoes, cilantro

Instructions

Preheat oven: Set to 375°F (190°C).

Assemble casserole: Place frozen burritos in a greased 9×13″ baking dish. Pour enchilada sauce evenly over the top.

Add cheese: Sprinkle shredded cheese generously over everything.

Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 30–35 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.

Top & serve: Let cool slightly, then top with sour cream and your favorite fresh toppings.
